Today is the 100th anniversary of the birth of Vincent Price. I wanted to post this hilarious video of Mr. Price on What's My Line where he is the Mystery Guest.
Not only does he sing his replies, but he sings in French! Enjoy!
I just loved this video. We used to watch "What's My Line" as a family in the 1950s.
Vincent Price has such a distinctive signature and he was brilliant to disguise his unmistakeable voice by speaking French and changing tonality. It was fun watching him have fun.
"Slavery ended in medieval Europe only because the church extended its sacraments to all slaves and then managed to impose a ban on the enslavement of Christians (and of Jews). Within the context of medieval Europe, that prohibition was effectively a rule of universal abolition. "— Rodney Stark

His vocal disguise was one of the most effortless I've seen.
