Sunday Snippets is brought to you each week by RAnn at This, That and the Other Thing. This has been a short blogging week with some more intensive posts. Monday I blogged about Fr. Steven's article in Glory to God for All Things entitled, Christianity in a One-Storey Universe which talks about the human and the spiritual being one world and how God, angels and saints really exist on the same plane. My post is called God is Among Us.
In a similar vein, Tuesday, I blogged about a couple of chapters I'm reading in The Art of the Icon: A theology of beauty. In my article, called The Sacred and Time, I further explain the idea that the Sacred is with us always by explaining the three types of time: Cyclical time, historic time, and existential time.
