I struggle with hot nights...it's hot here in the UK atm (well, hot enough for me) and as I have to sleep with pillows propping my leg up, I get so hot in bed.
Rain is so cool and refreshing sometimes, isn't it?

Thanks for stopping by AutumnRose! It is raining *again* today! It has been raining all day here, which is really nice for a change. I do a LOT better with hot flashes when its not actually hot outside! :)
