Sunday Snippets--A Catholic Carnival

Sunday Snippets is brought to you each week by RAnn at This, That and the Other Thing.

I wanted to highlight my article on Advent--A New Beginning.  I will be more active during Advent than I have been lately.  I've got Advent music through Christmas Eve for Music Mondays and plan on continuing to write some articles on Advent.

Be on the lookout tomorrow for our first Advent (or in this case, pre-Advent) Music Monday.

I wish you all a joyful and fruitful Advent Season.

"Slavery ended in medieval Europe only because the church extended its sacraments to all slaves and then managed to impose a ban on the enslavement of Christians (and of Jews). Within the context of medieval Europe, that prohibition was effectively a rule of universal abolition. "— Rodney Stark
