The Triumph of the Cross means that optimism wins. It means that everything happens for a reason, and good comes from suffering, even if we don't see it. Every instance of suffering is an opportunity for growth, for outreach, for love.
The world stays the same. But our God came down to suffer FOR us. He came down so that we may no longer be powerless and no longer fear.
Today, we celebrate the Triumph of the Cross.
All things work together for those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose.
