Sites to Make You Feel Like An Artist

Having spent much time clicking "Stumble" (see prior post!) I have discovered some cool sites that will bring out your inner slumbering artist.

The first is The Scribbler. You make a simple line drawing and The Scribbler will sketch around your line drawing.

An interesting site is jacksonpollock.org. This one is really good for releasing tension. You simply move your mouse over the screen, and it leaves a trail of paint wherever you go. Simply click and the color changes. The faster you move your mouse, the thinner the line and vice versa.

This next site is a flower maker site. You choose the petal shape and color and let your creativity go wild!

The final fun site is MrPicassohead.com. You get to choose your face and its parts from a given selection of Picasso's various representations. You can color it, name it, e-mail it, save it, and even sign it!

Enjoy expressing yourself through art!

I can't wait to try these sites! I use art therapy to express feelings and help manage my bipolar, plus it's just plain fun!
I really enjoy your blog. God bless you!

"Slavery ended in medieval Europe only because the church extended its sacraments to all slaves and then managed to impose a ban on the enslavement of Christians (and of Jews). Within the context of medieval Europe, that prohibition was effectively a rule of universal abolition. "— Rodney Stark
