Another Catholic Blog on Depression

Rosario, a new reader to Dymphna's Well, has a blog that deals with depression and anxiety disorders from a Catholic perspective. Crown of Thorns, Crown of Glory has very insightful information on expressing your needs in a healthy way, Saints and their interior struggles, and some OCD links.

Check out another member of the Catholic Blogosphere!

I came across your blog through another blog (though I've forgotten the name of it :( ). Thank you for writing about depression and mental illness. I often blog about my experienced with anxiety and mention St. Dymphna quite a bit. Keep up the great blog!

Dymphna's favorite quotes

"Slavery ended in medieval Europe only because the church extended its sacraments to all slaves and then managed to impose a ban on the enslavement of Christians (and of Jews). Within the context of medieval Europe, that prohibition was effectively a rule of universal abolition. "— Rodney Stark
