Apparently I have flat feet. I *know* I have bunions that were becoming almost crippling. After a hard days dashing up and down the stairs, I can hardly walk.
I decided to buy some OTC orthotics. I now am the proud owner of 2 different types. The first type is the soft kind and the second type is the harder plastic that is pictured. They made a huge difference.
Sometimes we must bow to the inevitable.

Arch supports might help, yes.
