Dick Martin, of TV's Laugh In, the irreverent comedy of the 1960's died Saturday in a hospital in California of respiratory complications at the age of 86.

IIRC, Dick Martin went on to become a director; I saw his name attached to the credits of many of the Newhart episodes. (Bob's second series, of course.)
