A Qi Gong buddy gave me one of the "buds." Another Qi Gong buddy said, "I've had them. I like them a lot. They sort of taste like seaweed." Well, the sort of soured my chance of trying it anytime soon. I kept saying I would do it when you were over. I think I finally threw it out. Let me know if you try it ... or if this is a hint at a birthday present. LOL
