:(

I have a cold. Or the flu. Or something. Its been teasing me for a couple of days. First I thought maybe it was an allergy. I've been living on Airborne, but, this time the cold merely laughed.

My body hurts. My eyes hurt. After work, I'm coming home and going to bed.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm hoping against hope that the Cafe here at work has chicken soup--or any soup would be good. Failing that, I'll have hot tea.

Yeah, well. I'm hoping that it will "progress" and go away eventually. I'm also really hoping that my mom doesn't get it! :O

I did lay down the law and tell dh that I wasn't going to go to the trailer until at least after our WWII show on Saturday.

"Slavery ended in medieval Europe only because the church extended its sacraments to all slaves and then managed to impose a ban on the enslavement of Christians (and of Jews). Within the context of medieval Europe, that prohibition was effectively a rule of universal abolition. "— Rodney Stark
