Internet Radio

Do you listen to radio over the internet? I've recently discovered a few stations that I like to listen to.

1. BBC
I like Radio 3--Classical, Jazz, World, Arts and Drama

2. EWTN

3. Relevant Radio
Excellent Catholic Radio including Father John Corapi

4. Ancient Faith Radio
Incredible sacred and choral music from the Orthodox tradition

I often listen to Vatican Radio...I am debating whether or not to get EWTN on cable. It will cost me about $15 a month just for that extra channel. Hopefully if I get it I will spend more time watching it and less time on the internet.

I really wish I could get some of these internet stations everywhere. But I'm grateful just to be able to hear them at all.

"Slavery ended in medieval Europe only because the church extended its sacraments to all slaves and then managed to impose a ban on the enslavement of Christians (and of Jews). Within the context of medieval Europe, that prohibition was effectively a rule of universal abolition. "— Rodney Stark
