1. The Agony in the Garden.
Virtue: Praying in a manner pleasing to God. Contrition for sin.

2. The Scourging at the Pillar.
Virtue: Purity. Mortification

3. The Crowning of Our Lord with Thorns.
Virtue: Moral Courage.

4. The Carrying of the Cross.
Virtue: Patience in suffering.

5. The Crucifixion and Death of Our Lord.
Virtue: Self-Denial.
